Everyone knows that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. Well, maybe not everyone. But majority of the humanoids roaming mother earth should have a basic understanding of that. Therefore, using such common knowledge, the admins of 4cSP cracked our brains while mulling over the demise of our prelim results and came up with an amazing hypothesis. The best place to watch the sunrise is

It's okay. We can envision some of our readers scrambling to grab their notepads and pens to jot down this amazing discovery. Meanwhile, let's get back to our main point. As we all know, members of 4C are extremely curious beings, very often choosing to take The Road Not Taken [ reminds us of TKY no doubt ]. If you do not know who TKY is, try asking any of us. If we are all in our grouchy mood and refuse to tell you unless you bribe us, you can always stay tuned to our blog. She will make the headlines one of these days.

Ok sorry to keep you in suspense...Lets continue. A future CnemEngineer of 4C decided to investigate the truth behind the hypothesis. By keeping the activity constant and varying other variables, he changed the location of viewing the sunrise to the beach located at a park near to where he lives. Of course, he did not expect anyone to be as curious as him and spot him on his quest for greater knowledge. And hence, he enlisted the assistance of someone very dear to him to accompany him on this quest and off they went, in the wee hours of the morning, venturing into the park. Along the way, they completed many sidequests that levelled them up and gave them skill points to put into the strength of their bonding. However, being a responsible writer, i regret to inform you that the censorship laws of a big brother in 4C has disallowed me from disclosing further details.

Little did he know, a brave and valiant admin called shifu was on his polyphasic sleep schedule and was very much wide awake at 5+am in the morning. As such, he decided to take a stroll in the park alone while the rest of his entourage slept ~~pissfully~~ peacefully in the comforts of their ~~tents~~ room. The park was indeed dark. Despite having walked through it with the LHC*SSC just a few hours ago, shifu still felt abit lost. Luckily, he made his way to a bench safely and sat there trying to see if the sunrise could be spotted from the park. MEANWHILE, the hero and princess of this story has disappeared into the further end of the park. Due to the lack of nightvision equipment, shifu was unable to track them down. So he sat on the bench waiting. The sky slowly brightened. Guess what. NO SUNRISE! /wrists. nono. obviously i didnt slash my wrists, if not i wouldnt be here typing would i?

So, feeling proud that the admins of 4cSP could prove the hypothesis correct by induction, shifu began his trek back to camp. As he expected, he heard 2 familiar voices chatting very happily and blissfully with each other. As he walked closer, he saw ChemEngineer and the love of his life walking hand in hand together. For one of the rare times in his life, Shifu felt like he was BRIGHT after all. I'm sure many of us are wondering who this mysterious ChemEngineer is. Some of us already know, but for those who don't, think harder and you will SEE WHY.

P.S Eh. Still got where to see sunrise better? i heard sentosa not bad. some angmoh couple tell me one. ChemEngineer wants to know.

Ok so this blog is dead. We've no entries in 1 month and no new gossips/scandals to talk about. CnE is fun but old. The blog's original goal of reporting all of chongyi's sneakiness has lost its purpose (since they're not sneaky anymore, not fun)

Now, as all hope of a vibrant and daily-updated class blog is fading into the dark, we have decided to bring the aims of this blog back to its basics. Yes. We're bringing the focus back to the whacky people in 4C. We'd be blogging about them, their favorites, personality etc presented in a "My Profile" segment for a matchmaking site format :P, so that we can erm, know them better-er?

A little history behind this. Jem was already shuai since he was born. But what we didn't know, was that he had a well-concealed 6 pack, which some of us only noticed when he was changing to play tennis. Henceforth, he was worshipped as the 6-pack God. For those of you who haven't seen his 6-pack yet, don't worry we're arranging a Chomp Chomp Episode 3.

Brief Biography/Timeline:
Jem started off as a quiet and reserved boy in sec 1. He was literally, a man of few words. While everyone chionged off to the canteen during recess, he would shout "Weiping bang wo mai pao" and then do dunno wat in class lol.
In sec 2, me n cy knew him as the studious and insanely intelligent young man. He was a dedicated member of chongyi's MDP group hahahaha, and managed an 80+% average after failing maths in sec 2. FAIL hor. FAIL ok. Developed the trademark smirk whenever anyone asked him how the paper went. (it means he aced it)
In sec 3, he became the resident lit/History/SS pro in class. What lit teacher? we din have any lit teacher. zzz just read his printed essays can liao. He was also once again a dedicated member of me n cy's Research project group haha. Biceps start to grow.
In sec 4, he consolidated his status as academics pro in class, pwning every subject. Biceps grew bigger. Remains the only one left unstripped in 4C.
In J1, he became TT captain. z0mg. Biceps grew even bigger. Started playing DotA.
In J2, biceps became monstrous, and 6 packs developed. Wtf I'm like writing a bio essay. Became resident DotA pro. Remains legendary pudge hooker. Will ace A levels then become doctor.

well since im like freaking bored now, given that mugging is really bugging my funning, i have decided to come up with a model answer for the Dota 'S' Paper which i saw was one of the blogs' famous post.
My answer is freaking short and sweet because i dun intend to spend so much time thinking of a long essay answer (had enough of that during my hist test today). But don't worry, this answer is an ownage gosu answer which will 100% guarantee you your Dota 'S' Paper distinction as long as u write it cos it is just too perfect an answer which evokes envy from your marker that someone can come up with such a pro answer. And the answer goes like this...

Hello everyone! Yepps so after that very entertaining entry from our da sao's jie mei, we now have the update(s) from CY's xiong dis!!! hahaha. So as we all know, last friday morning was THE day, CY's birthday celebration as well as the day we unleashed our devious plans :P We arranged to meet at 7am, but as always, there were the usual hiccups...

1.Organiser coming late. *cough*shifu*cough* (EVEN piggy shenz and blur klar were earlier than you la)
2.Person with the photos coming late. *cough*bryon*cough*
3.Guest of Honour (GOH [pardon the pun] chongyi) coming EARLY!!!
4.People calling me asking where we were when we already mention on the blog and verbally like 1 week before *cough*Philip and haisong*cough*

But nvm, CY your faithful gay friend was there the earliest @ 645am to set things straight hahaha.

So now, klar has added the pictures but here's the details. When Chongyi finally arrived, he was blindfolded with shifu's stinky PE shirt while me and da sao stood on his left and right respectively! haha. He was encouraged to choose from one of us and he chose me!! HAHA :P Sorry da sao :DDD

Im think it'll be great cos then i can wreak havoc at the dining table during the entire dinner and ensure the food get splattered over everyone's face...and our table will most likely be the spotlight cos we can invite the 2 superstars CY & Elaine to sit with us lol..it'll be such an honour

Sean was walking up a staircase and down the stairs went a group of 3 girls. DotA 101

So after CTs today some of headed straight for Paradiz Centre, where we faced off in one of the oldest and most brutal show of wits, strength, endurance and intelligence. 4+ hours of DotA marathorn.

Now I must say that the 3 1hr+ matches we played today were definitely one of the best I've played in recent months, and I have to attribute that to my awesome team!!!

Wassup everyone, this is Joel coming at you with another update. So, on a rainy and otherwise boring Monday afternoon, as usual me and shifu were debating on MSN as to who was the uglier of the 2, when we decided to devote our energies to brainstorm for more posts in this blog. We came out with loads of ideas, no doubt CnE™ related, like some lame vball jokes etc, when a sudden wave of inspiration hit me. I remembered about the LoveCalculator, and was determined, once and for all, to unravel the mystery behind the CnE™ saga. So I googled, and typed in Chong Yi and Elaine, only to receive a dismal 67% rating. I was disappointed, and wept as I presented the score to shifu. However, the LoveCalculator veteran promptly pointed out my mistake, I forgot to key in the last name. Tsk. Makes sense anyway, only ONE chongyi is suited with ONE elaine. Yepps! Official report below.

After taking such a long break from reporting about Yi-Laine, our admin team decides to rekindle the flame(not to be confused with the RI sec 2 Batch project) once again. But seeing that Chongyi has been busy with training,matches, and sitting beside his sweetheart in the LT, we did not have the heart to take up his precious time. Therefore, we sought other channels of research. Presenting to you...

Sorry for the lack of updates. Due to the fag that our dear admin Joel Lee has been pretty caught up with his rehearsals for guitar concert, he has been unable to post anything on this blog. To quote him...

So poor shifu, after getting the notorious finger of the Finger Initiative, goes on the hunt for our cameraman Guang Hao, more affectionately known as Cindy. I heard that in an attempt to bear some resemblence in his name to our founding father Sir STAMFORD Raffles, he has decided to lengthen his name to CINDY STAMPFORD, obviously a rip off Cindy Crawford's name. And to top it all off, he even had a makeover. Here are some exclusive photos brought to you by the 4Csouthpaws admin team.

However, Cindy was too busy to upload the videos he had taken of our sexploits. The reason he gave was simple - He was constantly getting disconnected from the internet, which he claimed was caused by his lousy router. However, we sent an expert panel of technicians down to his house to run diagnostic tests on his computer and came up with interesting results. The true reason he kept getting disconnected was because of the tremendous amount of people trying to download the countless videos that he hosts on his new laptop. You name it, he has it. Korean, japanese, chinese, english, german...

So, shifu once again has nothing of substantial entertainment to post. Oh yes, the disclaimer before i forget. The **** that you saw above about joel does not start with W and end with ANK. It starts with T and ends with a YPE. You must be really bored to have read the whole post.

today's entry will be different as for the 1st time, 4csouthpaws.blogspot.com would be fighting for a cause. a cause that could change your life forever.

in an exciting match played over the CTs, guanghao spammed spells to lower his chem grades in an attempt to win. It was a close fight and both sides poured in blood sweat and tears, guanghao fought hard, but at the last moment, Shifu casted SUNDER, swapping guanghao's originally lower score with his own. As a result, the scores stand as follows:

On your right is a scanned receipt, taken from the deep insides of chongyi's wallet. Our reporters were quite surprised that cy decided to conduct his sneaky dates at a place nearer to school ---> J8. woot. To prove his point that he really loved Elaine, he even ordered 1 chic - Elaine.

unlike DoTA "S" paper which requires a much higher level of thinking and analysis and strictly essay-based, DoTA "A" level places heavy emphasis on practical and hands-on approach.

the advised guideline for candidates for dota "A" syllabus is as follows:

1 hour tutorial
4 hour practical
1 hour lecture
per week

the breakdown of the test is as follows:

45% Paper 1: Practical SPA (1 hour)
In this paper candidates will play a normal game of DoTA, and random characters will be assigned to assess candidates' versatility. Candidates will choose between the scourge group or the sentinel group three weeks prior to the practical exam; only characters from their chosen groups will be selected.

Candidates will have to stop work by one hour's time, regardless whether the game has finished. Candidates can finish the game before an hour. Invigilators will be assigned to check on the candidates' skills.

Candidates will be given 1500 Gold t the start of the game.

Skill A: Planning
This skill section access the candidates' skill in planning his DoTA strategy as well as his teamwork with the other candidates on his team. Candidates will be given 15 minutes before the 1 hour practical to discuss with their teammates and come out with a strategy proposal. Invigilators will be sitting in to observe the candidates' performance.

Skill B: Experimental Skills - Micro-management and Farming
Part I: This skill section access the candidates' skill in controlling his/her characters and able to press the relevant hotkeys, and killing other heroes and how candidates is able prevent themselves from being killed.
Part II: This skill access the candidates' skill in killing creeps/ taking down towers/ harrass enemy heroes, either in a dominant or supportive role.

Skill C: Analysis - Item-management
this skill section access candidates' ability to utilise his/her item according to his/her heroes' needs and circumstances

Skill D: Sources of Error/Limitations of Equipments
this skills section access candidates ability to reflect on their game and spot sources of error in their strategies. Candidates are also expected to mention limitations of computer equipments such as the mouse/keyboard/CPU system etc.

these will be used to access candidates' gaming skills.

Venue: Thompson LanLAB

25% Paper 2: MCQ
In this paper candidates will answer 30 MCQ questions relevant to DoTA. Questions will come out from these possible areas:

1. History of DoTA
- Evolution of DoTA to DoTA-Allstars
- History of Guinsoo and Icefrog
- Evolution of DoTA map
2. Theory of DoTA (hotkeys, heroes, items, areas, characters)
3. Scenarios of DoTA

Paper 3: Sourced-based/ Essay 30%
In this paper candidate will answer 1 sourced-based question worth 25 marks and 1 essay question worth 25 marks.

Lol today was quite a fun-filled and enjoyable day...let's just say nothing much happened in school except some wonderful graffiti vandalism by us
by 9.30, quite a few of us were on the train to dhoby ghaut and we arrived at paradiz centre to have macdonald's breakfast, and then it was off to 3hrs straight of lanning which was really fun cos i pawned in the 2nd game lol...then chongyi and zhihao zaoed cos of vball stuff i think...then we had lunch at the food court, and the enjoyment didn't stop there cos we went pool after that though joelee and haisong had left
pool was quite relaxing and by 6pm we close shop and went home, and now i wonder will i start on my SAT preparation which is gonna take place tmr at 8am...but anyhow, this is the way chinese new year celebrations should be like

lol 27th is really a bad day considering that theres that stupid SATs which i have yet studied for. however, in the name of hedonistic fun, i will still go if there is indeed an outing :)

A Primary School teacher was having trouble with one of her students.

The teacher took Harry to the principal's office.

conditions were explained, and Harry agreed to take the test. Principal: "What is 3 x 3?"

And so it went with every question the principal thought a Primary 1 student should know. The principal looks at the teacher and tells her, "I think Harry can go to Primary 3."
The teacher says to the principal, "May I ask him some tougher

The principal and Harry both agree.

Harry: "Legs."

anway. Phillip had a very white christmas this year. He decided to go on a shopping spree and bought 2 shirts frm newbie town in j8, then came to my house cause there is this salon that cut my hair and phil thinks its nice so he wanna cut there too [sorry phil, im nt gay]. ME, being the as usual-ly grounded boy i am, couldnt 'pei' him to eat dinner after his haircut, so he found a replacement. SERENE TEOH! woot! in case u all havent figured, he picked her out of 5 2342343474523412 girls to choose from to be his co ogl. ok the string of numbers is irrelevant. interesting things to note about his sneaky date - they shared a drink. they shared the same slice of pizza. The location : NYP. no. its not nanyang poly. its NEW YORK PIZZA. eh cy this is much cheaper than ajisen ok? and ya incase u wondering. it can be found in century square too. dont have to come all the way to my neighbourhood ok? =)

haha im back from US after like 14 days in such a cool place
had lots of fun there saw lots of cool places, ate nice food, bought lots of stuff (now have 2 more xbox games to play with), walked about their parks and cities, travelled from place to place, and now im still a little jet lagged haha well i shall just post up some pics i took over there

well made some friends there, enjoyed myself in a way i didn't expect, and now im back with a headache lol...perhaps i'll upload pics of me with other dudes some other time if i feel like it...but after watching their crapped up mtv which doesn't show much songs only in the morning (even still they repeat the songs every day) i kinda like eminem's when i'm gone...haha last 14 days before j2...have fun

today my entry involves these 6 clues:

Sounds familar?

No no, I'm not talking about C&E Ajisen Ramen Episode 2, I'm talking about the Metro-SIF CIP thingy last Saturday. :P

Jem, me, Shifu and Cedric headed down to Tampines Mall for a whooping NINE hours of CIP project, haha. It was tiring as hell lah, imagine standing for 9 hours! But it was done with 4C guys, so it was fun as hell. =)

We were supposed to ask for donations, and in return they get some soft toy magnet. Jem was in charge of the counter, and there is this girl working over there, who totally pissed Jem off. She wanted to get like 6 toy magnets (one retails at 3.90) by donating like 30cents. wtf. Anyway, she kept coming over to the booth to talk to Jem. I couldn't hear what she was saying to him lah, I think she wanted him to give her all the toy magnets or something, but watching Jem's wtf facial expression was hilarious. Well, I think she was trying to hit on Jem, such a shuai-ge at the booth, even I couldn't resist lor.

Haha, nothing much interesting happened later on though, cos later SF took over the booth and the girl never returned. LOL. Anyway, we wanted to eat Ajisen Ramen for dinner, but too bad too expensive already, not everyone can afford $20 wor, and we might get sore throat from eating such salty stuff, right? So SF and I settled for cheap Katsu Don Jap food at food Junction. :(
